We hereby make application for booth space at the Wisconsin Crop Management Conference, January 16 & 17, 2013, at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI. Booth Rental: Please indicate the number of booths requested and continue to checkout or mail a check payable to WABA for the amount shown.
First-time exhibitors qualify for WABA member rates.
There is an Early Bird Special of 5% savings if paid in full by September 30, 2012. Mention Coupon Code "5off" at checkout.
Payment in full is required with this application unless other arrangements have been made. Priority for booth assignments is given to 2012 exhibitors who return contracts to the WABA office by September 30, 2012.
Space requests and reservations may be cancelled or altered until September 30, 2012 with full refund. No refunds will be granted after September 30, 2012.
